Sources within the YPGA have uncovered key details about the trophy and a potential giveaway item. While most are uninterested in the trophy due to the excessive number of strokes that Billy, Pook and Meyer get, our sources are telling us something extremely ground breaking. This source, who under the condition of anonymity, has revealed that there will be a golf club giveaway at the Del Val Invitational. While eligibility to win the club is still being debated among the Exec Committee, our source says one of the Exec committee members told him the following:

“you get tickets to start each round based off handicap, 0-10 = 0 tickets, 10-20 = 1 ticket, 20+ = 2, then for every par 1 ticket, birdie = 2 tickets, Eagle 3 and hole in one you automatically win because why the fuck not. If no hole-in-one, then we draw a ticket for the winner of the club. We think it’s a way to get the better players to stop bitching and complaining about not winning. They’ll probably still bitch though.”
